The following is information from the Tennessee Association of Realtors for January 2024.• There were 3.87 months of inventory–up 13.8% year over year.• There were 5,154 sales in January 2024–down 10.8%• There were 31,567 listings on the market–down by 5.3%• The medium sales price was $282,299–up by 8.2%
