Sam's life work has had two distinct phases. The first phase was in healthcare Human Resources. There he learned firsthand the major upheaval that a job change and relocation can be and how a helpful seasoned Realtor could be during that time. Upon leaving healthcare Sam decided to enter the real estate profession.
For over 23 years Sam has helped many families through a difficult change process. Real Estate requires more than sharp business acumen – it requires being in touch and expecting the client's needs. With Sam's management background, much of his Real Estate is relocation of families working in Healthcare and other vocations. For Sam, it’s not just about "finding a house", but knowing neighborhood hot-spots, hardware stores, trade’s people (electricians, plumbers, handymen), interior design firms - the list goes on. On the business Sale side, it is about marketing expertise, networking with other Realtors, negotiating and ultimately handling the myriad of details for closing of the sale.
