What percentage of the final home sale price do you charge?
All commissions are negotiable - typically Buyer Agents are paid the Seller firm with a commission split.
Do I need a real estate lawyer as well?
My clients typically use a Nashville firm that specializes in Real Estate transactions. I have used multiple firm but have 15 years experience some over the others.
How will you find potential buyers/renters for my property?
We use on-line marketing and additionally, my firm has a large internal array of agents and external contacts given its long history in the Nashville area.
